Antique Inventory in the Berry Mansion
Rococo style mahogany styled wing-back chair with brown leather upholstery and tufted back with riveted edges. The legs are of the cabriole style with ball and claw foot. The chair apron is ornately carved in a shell type motif. The chair has brass tacks that are on arms and side; c. 1860.
A mahogany wood and mahogany wood veneer side board circa 1850. Possible Kentucky origins. Consisting of a stepped back splash over three (3) drawers over four (4) doors, terminating in usual urn shaped feet. Four (4) split spiral turned columns with a canthus carving flank the front doors. Fancy book matched and cross banded veneers.
