Historic Properties offers the use of the Berry Mansion for special events including, but not limited to:
- meetings,
- weddings,
- receptions,
- parties,
- luncheons and
- dinners.
The Berry Mansion provides a formal and elegant setting and backdrop for any special event and may accommodate groups with up to 250 guests (with special limitations/guidelines for larger parties).
We invite you to visit our photo galleries to view a collection of photographs from various events at the Berry Mansion. The building is available for weekday, weeknight and weekend rental, with the exception of state holidays.
Property Rental Rates
Rental rates for the Berry Mansion vary depending on the length of event, time of day, day of week, area being rented, number of guests and season.

Small Dining Room
- Accommodates up to 12 people
- Available: Monday - Friday (excluding state holidays) from 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
- Rates start at $75
Music Room and First Floor Rental
- Accommodates up to 100 people
- Available: Monday - Friday (excluding state holidays) from 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
- Rates start at $200
Music Room and First Floor - Weeknight
- Accommodates up to 100 people
- Available: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
- Rates start at $400; minimum four-hour rental
Music Room and Outside Space - PEAK SEASON Weekend (April-October)
- Accommodates up to 100 people indoor; up to 200 with outdoor space
- Available: Friday, 12:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.;
- Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m.-12:00 midnight
- Rates start at $3500; minimum eight-hour rental
Music Room and First Floor - Weekend (November-March)
- Accommodates up to 100 people
- Available: Friday, 5:00 p.m.-112:00 p.m.;
- Saturday and Sunday 10:00 a.m.-12:00 midnight
- Rates start at $2500; minimum eight-hour rental
